Returns and Exchanges

Your order can be returned or exchanged, within 30 days of purchase, as long as it meets the following requirements:

You have received a return authorization number
The product is returned in its original packaging
The original hang tag is attached to the sandal
There are no visible signs of wear and tear
You have a copy of your original receipt

To make a return, please ship to the address below. Make sure to include a print-out of your return authorization number inside the box.

Exchanges
In order to get your havaianas order out to you as quickly as possible, our exchange policy requires you to place a new order while the return gets back to us.

To make an exchange please call our customer service line 1-866-822-0962 and one of our representatives will assist you.

***Havaianas will refund your initial payment, including shipping charges. Havaianas is not responsible for shipping charges back to the warehouse.

***Havaianas will send the new product with free shipping (by crediting your card once the return is received).

***When returning an item, we recommend using a traceable method of shipping (certified mail, UPS, FedEx etc.). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
